Order Processing

Upon ordering, domestic orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 1-2 business days and will be handed over to the transportation carrier. The actual delivery time is within 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped from our fulfillment center.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to certain conditions that are beyond our control (severe weather, holiday shipment volume increase, etc.)

Payment

GOBI accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.

If you have a promotional code or gift card to use, you can input that information during checkout, in the box labeled "Gift code or discount code."

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to conditions that are beyond our control. If you place an order and we are aware that we cannot ship your order within the time we stated or within 30 days of our shipping policy, we will seek your consent to the delayed shipment.

International Shipping Delivery

The price and delivery time may vary depending on the selected carrier. All international shipments may take 3-10 business days from the date that the carrier picks up the fulfilled orders from our location.

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs taxes or fees depending on the country's laws and regulations. These taxes and fees must be paid by the customer and will be displayed at checkout.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays.

Gift/Bundle/BOGO with Purchase

• The gift card is valid only on us.gobicashmere.com. The card expires 12 months after the date of purchase. This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
• Promotional codes are valid only for orders with a minimum purchase amount of $200 (before shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges). They are not valid on gift cards, previous purchases, Buy-One-Get-One offers, $99 Hat & Sweater Set, gift boxes, or new collection items.
• To receive a gift/additional BOGO and bundle item, the customer should add it to the basket with the selected item.
• When placing an order using the BOGO promotion, please note that the order will be charged by the higher-valued product and the lower-valued product will be considered free.

Loyalty Points

• Loyalty points are redeemable only on orders with a minimum cart value of $200 (before shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges).
• Loyalty points cannot be used during the Spring Savings 25% Off promotion.
• Loyalty points may be used on on-sale products and in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
• Loyalty points may be redeemed at checkout; however, they cannot be combined with a coupon code or store credit.
• Please note that loyalty points will expire after six (6) months of account inactivity and cannot be reactivated.
