GOBI cashmere is sourced in Mongolia, supported by documented traceability from herder cooperatives to finished garments. Mongolia’s significant seasonal temperature variation is commonly associated with the development of a dense insulating undercoat in cashmere goats. We apply selective fibre criteria based on diameter and length, working with established herder cooperatives to source cashmere that aligns with our internal grading standards.
