Return Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return using our online return portal by clicking here. Returns that do not follow our official return process via the return portal will take longer to be processed.
  • All online returns are subject to a return fee of USD $12. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
  • Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are accepted. Please note that you are responsible for returned items until they are delivered to us.
  • Eligible returns initiated within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the order may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Eligible returns initiated after 30 days of the customer's receipt of the order may be returned but not refunded; only exchanges and store credit are available.
  • If approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If approved for a refund, the amount paid (including tax) will be credited to the customer's original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Eligible online orders may be returned to our return address in the United States. Items purchased in-store may only be returned in-store.
Return Instruction

  2. Put in your order number and the email address you used to place the order
  3. Select which product(s) you want to return and the reason for the return
  4. Select whether you want to exchange a product, a store credit, or a money refund (*restrictions apply)
  5. Please make sure to cover the original box with plain paper or use another box/envelope if the return label has been generated with First Class Label
  6. If approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 1-3 business days
  7. If approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to the customer's account within 3-5 business days
Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in their original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items discounted by 60% or more
  • FINAL SALE items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments
  • Face masks
  • Embroidered or personalized items

Items not eligible for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Gift/Bundle/BOGO/2+1 with Purchase

If you are returning an order that includes a gift/bundle/BOGO please include the gift item with your return. If the gift/bundle/BOGO is not returned, the retail value of the gift item may be deducted from the return amount.

In case of a (partial) return of a BOGO order, the retail value of the BOGO will be automatically deducted with half the value from the actual paid product if the returning order contains only one BOGO product.

Holiday Returns

Items received between November 1st and December 23rd may be returned until January 15th of the following year, subject to order eligibility and the rest of this Return Policy.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • In case of a lost parcel, GOBI Cashmere will conduct an investigation process with FedEx and USPS. Please contact our customer service team within 5 business days.
  • Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • If you have received an incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 4 business days after the parcel is delivered.
Loyalty Policy

If an order was purchased with loyalty points and returned within our 30 days return policy, we will refund the full amount. If a purchased item is returned, any loyalty points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer's loyalty balance. If an order was purchased with loyalty points and returned exceeding our 30 days return policy, we will only issue a store credit totaling the amount of the order.
